Due to the recent change in Balto Online and BC's co-opration, the sites have fully merged into Balto Online-Chat. Providing more features for both sites. In BCF's case, a new look, and a portal has been added, to show as a main page. Also, a side bar has been added at the side of every page, to give valid information, and news.

Also, coming soon will be a new Banning policy, so be warned.

We have a banner, however somewhere it's lost in my Photobucket. Anyway, this is a brand new theme, give us a chance.
