It's SNOWING! and slightly inactive.

Hello, members of Baltochat, thanks to Forumotion, the forums Portal, and Index will have SNOW.

I havn't worked hard to find it, just a few clicks, free - And easy. So I really do hope you enjoy it! (Reminder: The snow ONLY works on the Portal page and the main forum Index, Thank you)

Also, the forums are being slightly inactive, not rapidly, but slightly. PLEASE help get this site active by posting more, and webranking. REMEMBER: You don't have to be a Webranker to help get the site popular (Webrank).
