Re: "Wolf" the film!
Yes, the idea for it is the perserve the wolf so that man and animal could live together peacfully. It pisses me off SOOO much to hear stupid stories of hunters killing wolves and makeing money off them. Come on? What if WE were wolves and we SEE our familey die? How would we feel? Ask that to the wolf hunters.
The movie is the wolves point of view of the conflict.

Re: "Wolf" the film!
Good Point silver I hate the hunters who Kill wolves for personal gain. It is wrong and for crying out loud they are dogs. Why do we kill them? I would rather own one then kill one
Re: "Wolf" the film!
They kill them for money; thier fur. Since it's very rare to pet a wolf they shot them and skinn then and sell their fur. Now if I was lost in the forest without food or water, then I would consider killing one for it's fur for warmth, bones for tools, fat for candles, and muscle for food (muscle is the food). Using the whole animal for survival, not for looks or money. Just like how the Native Americans lived on Bisin.

Re: "Wolf" the film!
Man... I've been trying SO hard to get good at my art! I've improved, that I have. Just not good enough... I hope I can still get a chance to participate in the film though. This is my dream film that I've been wishing for years and I'm not going to give up THAT easily! Oh yes... fear my book filled with wolf art...
... Now I beleive my parents that I'm a little too obsessed with drawing and the film.

"Wolf' the film
Wowie, I visited the site about 2-3 years ago while it was under construction and wasn't sure if this was really happening but I'm glad it has since we don't really have many animated movies consisting of wolves apart from the hit Balto.
I think this is a great topic to talk about, ever since I was little I have always wanted to work for Disney etc...as an animator and the "Wolf" team has offered a special oportunity for me to express and share my talents. being volunteer dosen't fase me the slightest as I am in it for the experience and team knowing that we together can produce a great film that will educate others.
I do however have one question I hope can be answered:
I recently applied for the postion of Animator for the movie and have sent off some examples of my work, I would like to know what the team can offer people who are not currently situated in the US and would like to work on the team as an animator etc.. I currently live in Australia and would like to contribute and halp make all this possible but do not live over in the US. I am also wondering about the "mission statement" I am 17 and understand that I need my parents to sign but am not sure if the "wolf" team sends you an email saying I have been accepted and then they send me the mission statement to get signed or do I have to do this before and send it off to them?
