Icons...

I know I'm not allowed to ask questions here but I can't find a questions section and it's driving the heck out of me.
Well, there's been new icons, yes. However, for my computer, they don't show. That's not the problem though. The icons won't show, but have messages in the box. Now, if the Topic title is too small and gets covered by the scentence icon, I can't veiw the Topic. :/ Like, it coveres the title so I can click on it.
Is there a way to fix this? I have no idea what cookies are, in case that's the problem. If so, please explain what cookies are as well.

P.S. Before you lock it, NOTIFY me first please. Or else I won't even be able to acces the topic for the answer becuase the scentence will cover the title... -_-

This is a problem with YOUR computer, nothing I can do from this side exept from completing the deal.
